“The table he created is simply breathtaking.”

In order to build a large new academic building on campus, we had to cut down a beautiful old pecan tree. We wanted to somehow salvage the wood from the tree in order to preserve its history. We asked Bill St. Pierre to capture the spirit of the pecan tree in a conference table that could be featured in the new building. The table he created is simply breathtaking. People literally gasp when they first see it. “The Table” is an important stop on our building tour and it never fails to impress. With its live edge and vivid natural variations of color and grain, the table is a truly iconic work of art. That it serves as our conference table is a generous gift from nature for which we are sincerely grateful. Thank you, Mr. St. Pierre

"There is no one better as far as quality and workmanship..."

"We love all the projects St. Pierre Woodworking has done for us, from the double mantle to the bar top and the walnut vanity.  There is no one better as far as quality and workmanship hands down!  We highly recommend St. Pierre Woodworking for all of your creative woodworking needs.  We love this company!!"

The thought, planning and attention of St. Pierre Woodworking professionals to the space, the look we wanted and needs we sought to fill exceeded our expectations...”

We could not be happier with the work St. Pierre Woodworking and Sawmill has done for us at both The Creekmore Law Firm and studio2.0 in Blacksburg, Virginia.  The bookmatched walnut tables in our newly renovated conference room and gallery space at the Firm complemented the renovations and artistic environment beautifully.  The conference table and bar tops in studio2.0 more than enhanced the sleek, modern, semi-industrial work space design we were seeking to achieve.  The thought, planning and attention of St. Pierre Woodworking professionals to the space, the look we wanted and needs we sought to fill exceeded our expectations, as did the results achieved in both spaces.  Bravo!

“Bill goes out of his way to try and accommodate your needs....”

I've know Bill St. Pierre for five years and have a tremendous amount of respect for him as a person, as a woodworker, as a businessman and as a friend. Bill goes out of his way to try and accommodate your needs whether it's slab wood, finished pieces or custom wood projects. His integrity is beyond reproach and works hard to make a customer happy and satisfied.

“...St. Pierre Woodworking has become a valuable resource for both material (slabs, mantels and rough sawn boards) and finished products."

Since January of 2014 I’ve been representing Black Dog Salvage as custom furniture designer and production manager. During this period of time St. Pierre Woodworking has become a valuable resource for both material (slabs, mantels and rough sawn boards) and finished products. Black Dog Salvage has come to rely on Bill for his quality and timeliness. I personally have learned much from Bill regarding species of wood and their nature, methods of quality craftsmanship and superior finishing techniques. St. Pierre Woodworking is our #1 partner in custom furniture and materials.

“Look forward to many more projects in our remodeled home together."

Working with Bill on our house remodel was a pleasure. He had us come out and look at his stock of mantels and delivered three right to the house for installation! Everyone who visits our home loves how they are a focal point on the home. We loved Bill’s work so much we had him also build us a hallway table for the entryway to our home. Look forward to many more projects in our remodeled home together.
